Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and responses to interventions to inform ongoing treatment adjustments.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting, promoting independence.
Support clients during therapy sessions by reinforcing positive behaviors and managing challenging behaviors with patience and consistency.
Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ensure all medical documentation and records are completed accurately and timely.
Collaborate with team members to develop care plans tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
Foster a positive, engaging environment that encourages learning, growth, and social interaction for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Excellent teaching skills combined with patience, empathy, and active listening.
Proficiency in data collection methods to track behavioral progress accurately.
