Location: (Clinic-Based & In-Home Services)
Schedule: Full-Time (30–40 hours/week)
About Us:
At Compleat KiDZ, we are a multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to supporting children and families through comprehensive therapeutic services under one roof. Our collaborative approach enables seamless, team-based care that fosters lasting relationships and meaningful progress for children with Autism and their families.
Position Overview:
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) provide one-on-one behavioral interventions designed to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. These services are provided in clinic settings and/or directly in clients' homes, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
Collect accurate session data and complete documentation promptly.
Manage challenging behaviors using approved intervention strategies.
Communicate session outcomes to BCBAs and families.
Participate in professional development and team meetings as required.
Travel to client homes or multiple clinic locations as assigned (in-home roles).
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred).
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Must pass a background check.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing environments and client needs.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
