Senior Real-Time Collaboration Engineer
Location : Offshore Remote (Pune, India preferred)
Engagement : Contract → Full-time after 1 year (Pune office)
Job Description :
We are seeking a Senior Real-Time Collaboration Engineer to design, deploy, and support enterprise real-time communication platforms. The role focuses on Microsoft Teams Telephony & Meetings, WebEx, Zoom, and A / V hardware environments. The engineer will lead end-to-end collaboration technology projects, integrate systems, maintain high availability, and serve as the top escalation point for all real-time collaboration issues.
Required Qualifications :
• 10+ years in telephony, video, and real-time collaboration technologies.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Zoom, SIP integrations, and A / V systems.
• Solid understanding of SIP, H.323, SCCP, MGCP, H.264 / 265, WebRTC, E.164+.
• Experience with PBX, VoIP, QoS, dial plans, and video conferencing systems.
• Basic Windows / Linux admin and scripting skills.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and project leadership skills.
Tech Stack :
Cisco CUCM, Cisco Telepresence, WebEx, SIP trunks, Cisco Expressway, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, NEAT hardware, Linux / Windows.
