Job Description
Draft, review, and manage construction contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, purchase orders, sub-contractor documents, LOIs, MOUs, and project paperwork.
· Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, permits, and project documentation.
· Assist with compliance documentation for labour laws, safety regulations, environmental standards, RERA, and local authorities.
· Coordinate with government departments for approvals, permits, licenses, and renewals.
· Conduct legal research on construction laws, contracts, regulatory requirements, and dispute-related matters.
· Prepare summaries, notes, and supporting documents for legal counsel; assist in arbitration and litigation documentation.
· Liaise with contractors, clients, consultants, vendors, and legal representatives; coordinate meetings, hearings, and project reviews.
· Maintain communication with internal teams such as HR, Procurement, Projects, and Finance.
· Keep case files, compliance logs, contract trackers, and document registers up to date.
· Prepare regular status reports on legal matters and project compliance while ensuring confidentiality and secure document storage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
