Qualified Candidates:

Satisfy all licensing requirements to perform services in Chicago, Illinois
Have a minimum of 750 hours of training and learning at a qualifying school, plus a certificate of completion
Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
Are excited to build on their esthetics mastery with different protocols and products (like Red Light Therapy, Dermaplaning, and more)


Day-to-Day:

Perform quality, results driven services that meets clients' needs
Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
Recommend follow-up visits and additional services and retail products to help clients pursue their wellness goals

Job Type & Schedule:

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
Monday to Friday, Day Shift, Evening Shift, Weekends, Holidays, Choose your own hours


Principal duties include:

Performing consecutive 50-minute and 80-minute facial sessions.
Designing customized sessions within the scope of training based on clients’ individual needs using our result-driven skin care procedures.
Educating clients on the benefits of regular skincare specific to their individual needs.
Utilizing Massage Envy draping protocols.
Creating an excellent experience for members and guests with a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude.
Building repeat clientele by giving quality service and using Wellness Plan and assumptively suggesting booking times.
Helping maintain professionalism and cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas.
Maintaining a professional appearance by wearing a clean and pressed uniform and hair pulled back.


Position requirements:

Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations.
Must carry liability insurance.
Must pass a background check.
Knowledge of other various modalities preferred.
Must be comfortable educating clients and communicating effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff.
Able to work flexible days and hours.
Must be able to work a minimum of one weekend shift and one night shift.
Must understand and promote the healing benefits of skincare.
Your primary focus must be on serving our guests to the best of your ability.
