Football (Soccer) Technical Director

Pascoe Vale Football Club (PVFC), a leader in the National Premier Leagues Victoria and a well-respected presence in Victoria's football community, is actively seeking an ambitious and dedicated person for the role of Technical Director (TD). The candidate will be instrumental in realising our club's vision and delivering our strategic football plan for the 2026 season and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have a passion and enthusiasm for working with football players from 7 years old to 13 years old and coaches. The candidate will thrive in a community club & high performance football environment and demonstrate a passion for continuous program improvement and leadership.

The candidate will have a strong passion to take the club to the next level that aligns with the Club’s strategic goals. The candidate must work well in a team-environment and will inspire, delegate, and motivate others. As a key leader in the club, the candidate will be looked upon for professionalism, mindfulness, organisation and good communication.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum Foundation of Football Licence
Outstanding organisational abilities
Proficiency in applying contemporary football strategies

Proactive in leading, supporting, educating, and assisting coaches
