Sales Associate

We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our team onsite in Mississauga, ON on a contract basis. This role blends sales and student support, focusing on building strong client relationships, guiding prospective students toward the right programs, and driving successful enrollments. You’ll help clients feel confident in their decisions while also achieving clear sales and performance goals.

What You’ll Do

Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their goals and present suitable program options
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process with a supportive and professional approach
Generate leads while managing company-provided prospects and following up consistently
Contribute to marketing efforts, including creating promotional content and participating in outreach campaigns
Maintain a positive, collaborative, and professional office environment
What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales, customer service, or enrollment advising (education-related experience is an asset)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
A balance of results-driven focus with genuine interest in helping clients succeed
Ability to meet enrollment targets while building trust and rapport with clients
Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Russian, Persian, Pashto, Hindi/Urdu, Punjabi, Arabic, Mandarin) is an asset, reflecting our diverse clientele

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00-$20,000.00 per month
