Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for participants in onboarding and leadership programs, managing communications, registrations, inquiries, and feedback.
Lead operational and logistical support for virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning programs, collaborating with internal teams (HR, IT, Learning Technology, Communications) to develop and deliver engaging program content.
Support the development, design, and troubleshooting of online learning platforms and resources, ensuring a seamless participant experience.
Monitor trends, resolve issues, and contribute to ongoing improvements in onboarding and milestone programs.
Track learning credits, maintain accurate records, and support reporting requirements.
Collaborate with external vendors for learning content development and platform support.
Recommend and implement new learning technologies and digital tools to enhance program delivery.
Event Support (25%)
Assist with planning and logistics for major program events, including participant validation, participant communications, venue sourcing and vendor management.
Support marketing and branding and all creative material production for events.
Lead on-site at events, including registration, logistics, and coordination with venues, suppliers, vendors and volunteers.
Track budgets related to event logistics and vendor invoices.
What you bring to the role:
2–3 years’ experience supporting large-scale employee programs, ideally in HR/Learning at a national level.
Tech savvy; demonstrated experience with learning and event conference platforms (e.g., Cvent) and troubleshooting alongside IT support.
Superb communicator with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and external vendors.
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to act as an advisor to internal clients with creative, innovative ideas and recommendations.
Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders nationally in our English speaking provinces while at KPMG.
