About Us

CDC Cosmetic Pty Ltd (Biominiatures) is a specialist provider of premium dental implant

systems and surgical solutions. We support dental professionals with high-quality products,

clinical education, and responsive service. We are expanding our team and seeking a

motivated Implants Sales Representative to drive growth and strengthen our relationships

with clinicians across NSW.

About the Role

This full-time, permanent role focuses on promoting and selling implant solutions to dental

practices, supporting clinicians with technical product knowledge, and building strong long-

term partnerships. You will play a key part in expanding our market presence and ensuring

exceptional customer support.Key Duties & Responsibilities

Promote and sell dental implant systems, components, and surgical instruments to

dentists, specialists, and healthcare providers.

Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and chairside

explanations during clinical procedures when required.

Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with dental clinics through regular

visits, follow-ups, and professional support.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic sales growth

across designated territories.

Provide clinical support during implant surgeries by offering product clariaication and

guidance.

Train dentists and dental teams on correct implant protocols, tools, digital

workalows, and best practices.

Meet monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and assist in forecasting and

territory planning.

Maintain accurate CRM entries, reports, client records, and sales activity logs.
Attend conferences, trade shows, and educational events representing the company.
Monitor competitor products and emerging trends to provide market insights.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Resolve product questions, clinical issues, or customer concerns promptly and

professionally.

Negotiate prices, terms, discounts and credit arrangements in line with

company policies

Monitor industry trends and customer demands, and work with internal teams

to ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered effectively

Skills & QualiFications (recommended but not mandatory)

Experience in dental, medical device, healthcare sales, or dental implant industry.
Preferably qualiaication/certiaicate in medicine, pharmaceutical, dental and

marketing

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated sales ability in managing a territory, building a pipeline, and

achieving agreed targets.

Basic marketing skills, including supporting product promotions, events, and

educational activities with the marketing team.

Ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly to clinicians.
Self-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and

as part of a team.

Willingness to travel locally for clinic visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
