Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and organized Dental Receptionist to join our growing dental practice. We are located in the heart of Maple Ridge. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, manage appointment scheduling, and handle administrative tasks with efficiency and a friendly demeanor.

This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent patient service. Only candidates with 2+ years of prior dental office experience in Canada will be considered. Strong verbal communication skills and proficiency with Tracker software are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Greeting patients warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
Managing appointment scheduling using Tracker software, Max Assist software
Answering phone in an efficient and prompt manner, addressing patient inquiries and routing calls appropriately
Collect payments, co-pays, and process insurance transactions efficiently
Assisting with patient check-in and check-out procedures, including updating patient records
Collaborating with dental team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow
Qualifications

2+ years of prior experience as a Dental Receptionist in Canada
Proficiency with Tracker software and Max Assist
Dental reception course and Certificate
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and records
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
