Full job description
Extensive training provided - no two days are ever the same
Hamilton based with travel throughout the BOP and Waikato regions
A role that allows you to use your skills in a different and exciting way
About the role:
We currently have an exciting new opportunity for an outstanding health professional to join us in the role of Registered Nurse. In this supported autonomous role, you will be delivering occupational health screening services across the Waikato and at times the Bay of Plenty region and may also eventually undertake first aid training.
This is a part time role of a guaranteed three days per week and ideally you would be able to vary these days as required to meet scheduling needs, and at times accommodate short notice changes. We can discuss how this would best suit both parties.
The successful candidate will have:
A Registered Nurse Qualification recognised in New Zealand with current APC
Fluent in both written and verbal English to be able to deliver training to NZQA standards to students
The ability to work in a supported autonomous role with some early starts and late finishes at times
A current clean Full New Zealand Driver Licence
Ideally a vaccination certificate
Ability to meet Ministry of Justice security check
A passion for people and preventative health care
Strong computer literacy in basic Microsoft systems and experience in health applications would be beneficial
If this role seems like a great option for you, then apply online!
