We are seeking a highly motivated Inventory Manager to join the team at our Kingsland branch!
This is a permanent, full-time position offering:
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday - enjoy your weekends off!

About the Role:
As the Inventory Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and timely fulfillment and delivery of orders for customers and inter-branch transactions.
You will develop and lead a highly engaged and productive warehouse team to ensure the team delivers on all key metrics.
The role holds full responsibility for the active day-to-day management of the warehouse team and facilities and must ensure the accurate execution of all order fulfilment.
You will have a key role in the company's inventory control strategy to minimise instances of discrepancy and management of customer orders and to create processes that exceed customers' expectations.
You will balance strategic thinking and planning as well as a demonstrating a ‘hands-on' leadership style.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock and inventory maintenance
Stock order management
Oversee order preparation and dispatch
Manage stocktakes and stock control accurately
100% completion of daily orders
Backorder management
Customer liaison
What You Bring:
Minimum 3 years' experience within warehousing and logistics and have some proven leadership experience within a similar environment. You'll have a continuous improvement mindset and lead from the front with a practical and common-sense approach.
To excel in this role, you'll need the following skills and attributes:
Intermediate computer skills
Customer-focused mindset
High attention to detail
Strong written, oral, and numerical skills
Ability to work both in a team and independently
Capable of working under pressure
Excellent self-management and organisational skills
Fast and accurate data entry
Analytical & problem solving skills
