Job Description

Accounting, Reporting, and Analysis Manager

Overview: The Company is a US-based fully integrated real estate investment and development firm with business lines devoted to real estate investments, development, lending, and property management with an emphasis on affordable housing development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of property accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior management based on financial analysis and projections.

Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on US property accounting and financial management.
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and experience working with US-based companies.
