About Us

ORAONE Pharmaceuticals Limited is a newly established pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Auckland with experienced management team. We are currently looking for six reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and adjust pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging machines
Follow batch specifications and ensure machines are running correctly
Load raw materials and monitor output for quality and consistency
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on machines
Complete production logs and report any issues or malfunctions
Work closely with team members, supervisors, and quality control staff
Attend regular training sessions on safety and operations

Skills and Requirements

NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification or above, or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, or cosmetics manufacturing) is highly preferred
Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ability to follow strict procedures
Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete documentation accurately
Good numeracy and literacy skills for reading batch instructions and recording data
Proven reliability and a strong attendance record
Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly with supervisors and quality staff
Ability to work rotating shifts (early morning/afternoon/weekends) if required
Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing, and a medical fitness assessment
