Position Overview
The Spa Attendant will play a key role in preparing spa treatment rooms, maintaining cleanliness in all areas, assisting guests with their needs, and providing

Shifts: Full-time/Permanent. Days, evenings & weekends.
Wage: $20 per hour
Expected start date: 3rd November 2026

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Customer Service
Ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable.
Assist spa therapists and other team members with client needs before and after treatments.
Provide guests with information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
Answer any questions guests may have, offering recommendations or directing them to appropriate staff when needed.
Maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere in the spa at all times.
Assisting with the open and closing of the spa areas.
Facility Maintenance & Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, pool side, relaxation areas, and locker rooms.
Ensure that all areas meet health and safety standards, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Monitor the spa’s facilities to ensure they are in proper working order, reporting any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Sales & Inventory
Assist with preparing towels, robes and linens for laundry.
Restock and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and water.
Support special events or spa promotions as directed by the Spa Manager.
Requirements
Prior experience in a spa or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain a calm and positive attitude under pressure.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with spa staff.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
