We’re on the hunt for an energetic, passionate Service Deli/Seafood 2IC to help lead our high-performing Deli/Seafood department.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a love for food, this is your opportunity to shine. You’ll be supporting our Service Deli/Seafood Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring our counters are filled with fresh, high-quality products that delight our customers.

Your role will include assisting with the coordination, communication, and presentation of a wide range of deli/Seafood offerings—from everyday favourites to imaginative creations. A flair for innovation and a strong commitment to customer service are essential, as we pride ourselves on delivering the best customer experience in Mid Canterbury.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous leadership experience (an advantage)
A passion for outstanding customer service
Initiative, integrity, and a proactive approach
Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills

Ability to prioritise, multitask, and consistently meet deadlines
Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
Commitment to food safety and hygiene compliance
