Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting the existing of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within the HR
domain. The Analyst will monitor and troubleshoot robotic processes, ensuring optimal performance and
addressing any exceptions. Working closely with the U.S. counterparts, the HR Automation Analyst will identify and
suggest new automation enhancements, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues, including break/fix support and performance
optimization
Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions
Develop and test automation workflows
Create process and end-user documentation
Provide support to HR teams on automation tools and best practices
Monitor various robotic processes, including troubleshooting issues and addressing exceptions
Enhancing existing automation to improve functionality and increase ROI
Other ad hoc duties upon request
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business and/or Computer Science
2-3 years professional work experience preferred
Development experience with one or more programming languages and database technologies
Experience with UiPath technology
Experience with Business and Technical requirements, problem-solving and system testing including UAT
and Bug Fixes
Experience with Human Resource processes (not mandatory)
Experience with API Integrations a plus
Excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
