Immigration Caseworker/ Administrative Assistant

Proactively engage with Mann Immigration clients through various communication channels to deliver an outstanding customer service experience, making every client interaction an exceptional one
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
Book appointments
Collecting, organizing and reviewing documents received in support of applications
Focus on helping clients when they need us most, by responding em pathetically to a variety of questions, assisting with a myriad of immigration solutions and resolving client concerns at first point of contact
Contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting client needs
Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests
Educate and assist clients with using Mann immigration digital capabilities
Demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services
Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
