About the role
As a Salesforce Financial Force Support Engineer you will make an impact by providing end-to-end support for applications built on Salesforce and FinancialForce (Certinia) AppExchange products. You will be a valued member of our technology support team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and deliver exceptional user experiences.
In this role, you will:
Monitor application and system health, including batch jobs using AutoSys.
Respond to incidents and alerts, following documented SOPs and ensuring timely resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues across Salesforce and FinancialForce platforms.
Configure and develop Salesforce applications using APEX, LWC, and declarative tools.
Maintain accurate documentation for incidents, SOPs, and support processes.

What you need to have to be considered:
Strong proficiency in Salesforce development (APEX, LWC, configuration).
Functional knowledge of FinancialForce (Certinia) AppExchange products.
Experience with Unix, Shell, and Windows batch scripting.
Familiarity with AutoSys for batch job scheduling and Salesforce Data Loader.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
These will help you stand out:
Prior experience supporting Salesforce and FinancialForce applications in a similar environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive approach to incident management and stakeholder engagement.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $83,000 - $129,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
