IT Support Technician – Help Desk

Location: Kingwood (some local travel required)
Organization: Berkeley Eye Center

Role Overview:
You will address IT issues from our Kingwood administrative office, supporting a busy 26-location medical practice. This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities one week out of every three. You will assist the Director of IT Services and provide technical support across hardware, software, practice management systems, electronic health records systems, and email platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for staff.
Support and train non-IT staff on practice management and electronic health records systems.
Provide user support for email, including Microsoft 365 and other email platforms.
Run reports and perform other IT-related tasks as needed.
Administer Windows Server, Windows desktops, and Active Directory.
Diagnose and resolve network problems.
Travel to offices in the greater Houston area for projects.

Qualifications:

Minimum two years’ experience in a help desk environment (preferred).
Experience with Windows Server and desktop administration.
Proficiency in Active Directory.
Network troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills and a customer service mindset.

Pay: $53,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
