Customer Service Executive (Medical Firm) – JD
• Handle customer calls, emails, and queries related to medical products/services
• Process orders, service requests, and complaints
• Coordinate with Operation Team & solve their queries.
• Maintain customer records and reports in Excel/word file
• if you have tally knowledge it will be good.
• Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 1–2 years
Skills: English Communication, customer handling, Basic Computer Knowledge- Excel & Word
