Job Role: Educators for Inquiry-Based Learning in an IB Setting

Location: Ansal Sushant City, Lucknow

Overview:

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB philosophy and frameworks.
• Foster the IB Learner Profile, Approaches to Learning (ATL), and international-mindedness.
• Design and implement formative and summative assessments in line with IB expectations.
• Collaborate in curriculum planning, unit design, and interdisciplinary learning.
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Participate actively in IB professional development, training, and school authorization processes.
• Work collaboratively with teams to ensure a smooth transition to IB practices.

Eligibility & Qualifications
• Graduate / Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.
• Recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed / PGCE / equivalent).
• Prior IB classroom teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IB pedagogy, assessment practices, and learner-centred instruction.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and reflective practice skills.
