Helpdesk Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Helpdesk Engineer to join our team in Jogeshwari (Mumbai). The ideal candidate should have 1-6 years of experience in the job market context of India. As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving their technical issues and ensuring smooth operations of our IT infrastructure. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and communicating with other team members to ensure effective resolution of issues.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution
• Document all support activities in a ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective resolution of issues
• Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and developments
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 1-6 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
