Senior Architect - Interior

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedSenior Architectto lead interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, technical execution, and project management, with the ability to coordinate seamlessly between clients, design teams, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the design process for residential and commercial interior projects.
• Develop architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations aligned with client briefs.
• Collaborate with designers, site supervisors, Project managers for design execution.
• Mentor junior team members and review design deliverables.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum5years of professional experiencein architecture or interior design firms.
• Strong proficiency inAutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, detailing, and construction techniques.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
