Senior Sales Executive

• Candidate should be from "Plastic Product Manufacturing Industry (Commercial "Drum, Bucket, Jar, Container (Icecream), Bakery Items, Bottles (Hygiene, Disinfectant & Sanitizer) etc.
• Minimum 5+ Years Experience.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located at "Registered Office - New Alipore, Kolkata (Taratala) and Factory- Dankuni (Hooghly)" for Sr. Sales Executive & MSI. The role involves executing daily with the sales team, preparing detailed "Daily Master Work Assignment Report, Sales Reports, Managing Incentives and Supporting the sales team across PAN India operations.

Experience:
• Incumbent must have 5+ years of experience in Sales Executive / MIS roles.
• Must have strong knowledge of Advance Excel and Sales Data Analysis.
• Experience in coordinating with medium sales teams and handling distributor networks preferred.
• Must have good communication skills.

Qualification:

Graduate also Master.

Key Responsibilities:
• Standard knowledge of "New Product Build-up" in market very essential.
• Executed daily sales activities, managing schedules and delegating tasks to the PAN India team members / sales staffs.
• Report on sales progress and identified requirements to achieve monthly targets.
• Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales report, Track performance metrics and analysis sales data.
• Support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Assist in preparing presentation and sales proposals.
• Preparing monthly Sales report.
• Coordinating with Super-Stockists and Distributors.
• Maintaining Primary and Secondary Sales Records.
• Maintaining Monthly and Weekly Sales Report.
• Calculating Incentive of Sales Force.
• Preparing and Analysing Sales reports and data for monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual sales conference / meeting.
