Sales And Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Nanded. While the role is primarily on-site, some work-from-home flexibility is offered. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, providing exemplary customer service, and executing sales management initiatives. The role also involves training and mentoring team members to achieve business objectives and targets.

Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience and capabilities in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to effectively train and mentor team members
• Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Result-oriented, with excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the sales or marketing domains is an advantage
