• Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage and technically supervise the team of LEEs, ensuring tasks are completed according to corporate guidelines.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate electronics design work, check workflow, monitor development process adherence, and perform resource and capacity planning from quotation phase to serial production.
• Performance Management: Evaluate individual performance goals, provide feedback, and set individual training plans for team members.
• Reporting & Alignment: Report to the Electronics Manager and align on project technologies, design strategy, and resource allocation.
• Standardization & Process Improvement: Support the standardization of electronics architecture across the product portfolio and continually improve GPDS and VEDS processes.
• New Business Support: Assist in new business wins by reviewing team members' work during the quotation process.
• Technical Oversight: Maintain a technical expert overview of lighting electronics product development, including manufacturing processes and customer interactions.
• Tool Management: Ensure the LEE team has sufficient working tools for effective execution of tasks.
• Compliance & Collaboration: Cooperate with PD AQE manager to ensure project process compliance and collaborate with international OP MOBILITY teams across India, US, Germany, and Poland.
• Problem Solving: Participate actively in solving technical problems across all locations within OP MOBILITY.
• Corporate Standards Adherence: Follow corporate standards, health and safety rules, fire protection, and internal legislative norms.
• Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor that do not contradict the original job description.
Required Candidate Profile:
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics (BE, B.Tech, B.Sc, ME, M.Tech, MSc)
• Experience: More than 8 years, including experience in project leadership or managerial roles in automotive development
• Professional Knowledge & Technologies:
• Electronic circuits, LED driving topologies, DC-DC converters
• Basic electronics design and development process
• Automotive SPICE, ISO26262 understanding
• MS Office (MS Project, Excel, Word)
• Experience working in international teams for over 2 years
