We are hiring a high-impact MERN Stack Leader who can take charge of technical delivery and also play a key role in business expansion.

• Full ownership of MERN Stack projects (React, Node, Express, MongoDB)
• Guide, mentor & upskill junior developers already available in the team
• Direct client communication & technical planning
• Ensure code quality, performance & system scalability
• Handle project delivery, timelines & team coordination
• Deploy & manage applications on AWS, Vercel, Render, Firebase
• Work with management to boost revenue, acquire new clients & scale operations

• 8+ years of strong MERN Stack experience
• Solid understanding of APIs, authentication (JWT), system architecture, database design
• Proven leadership & team-handling experience
• Ability to convert requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
• Must be local to Ahmedabad and open to working onsite
