• What You’ll Do
• IT & System Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks across the organization.
- Manage user accounts, access control policies, and cybersecurity best practices to ensure data security.
- Oversee data backup, system updates, and recovery processes for uninterrupted business operations.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards.
• Office & Facility Management:
- Ensure smooth office operations by managing supplies, vendors, and maintenance services.
- Maintain and update company records, asset inventory, and procurement documentation.
- Oversee office security systems, access control, and infrastructure maintenance (internet, telecom, workspaces).
- Support budgeting and cost management for IT equipment, office utilities, and procurement needs.
• Employee IT Support & Coordination:
- Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network-related queries.
- Work closely with HR to set up IT systems for new hires and decommission systems for offboarding employees.
- Manage workspace allocation and seating arrangements for a productive work environment.
- Assist teams with administrative or technical tasks, ensuring a hassle-free experience for employees.
• Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in system administration, office management, or IT support.
- Strong expertise in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and cloud services.
- Proficiency in IT asset management, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills (preferred):
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, or Azure.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, IT helpdesk tools, and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Previous experience in facility management, vendor coordination, or administrative roles.
