Full job description
Our extremely busy Inner Sydney specialist orthodontic practice is seeking a mature and energetic Receptionist of the highest calibre. employment will be part- time 2-3 days per week NO WEEKENDS.

The successful applicant will be extremely well-organised, self-motivated and offer a professional service to staff and patients. The successful applicant must be well-presented. BVO is a non-smoking workplace.

The successful applicant will have the ability to exercise initiative, courtesy and discretion.

It is important that you have extraordinary customer service experience and that you are very well-presented with proven excellent customer service skills.

The successful applicant must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Only those candidates with a long-term view should apply. No students or visa holders.

Must have proven and demonstrable experience in a similar role.

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES

Excellent written English and verbal communication skills;

Intermediate to advanced computer literacy; Excellent typing skills;

Financial experience with EFTPOS, invoicing and accounts;

Flawless attention to detail and urgency when handling patient queries;

Permanent Australian Residency is essential.
