Stirlings is seeking an Operations Supervisor to help our NSW team!

We are looking for a Full-Time Operations Supervisor - Receivals for our Queensland branch. The successful candidate will possess the following:

Requires LF & LO License
Intermediate logistical skills
Intermediate IT skills – Computer literacy
Displayed level of prioritizing and organizational skills
Intermediate level of training data base skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Warehousing procedures and functions
Intermediate knowledge of racking systems & storage stillages
Intermediate knowledge of Stainless Steel Products.
Reporting to the Commercial and Operations Manager - NSW/ACT is the responsibility of the Operations Supervisor.

Supervise and support daily warehouse operations.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and warehouse upkeep.
Communicate with customers on safe pickup procedures and liaise with freight providers.
Provide backup support for documentation control and logistics functions.
Deliver ongoing OH&S training and lead by example in workplace safety.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes and staff development
