Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include:

Experience in personal care, PEG feeding, domestic assistance
Providing in-service travel (can drive a disability van), companionship
Documenting services provided, incidents and completing reports as required
Our ideal candidate

Willing to travel to Forestville
Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Essential)
Has NDIS Check (Essential)
Current First Aid Certificate (Essential)
Valid police check
Current full driver’s license (Essential)
Female
