The Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager & Design and Engineering Manager to join our senior management team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of property development projects in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in site acquisition and development feasibility analysis
Lead the end-to-end development process, including land acquisition, financing, off-the-plan sales, marketing, and final settlement
Manage the Development Application (DA) process from submission through to approval
Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and cost plans
Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes
Liaise with local councils, government authorities, and utility providers
About You

Bachelor’s degree or above in Urban Planning, Engineering Management, Architecture, or related disciplines
10+ years’ experience in property development and engineering/project management
Proven end-to-end project delivery experience in Australia and/or New Zealand
Strong understanding of Australian planning systems, DA approvals, and construction processes
Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capability
Australian Permanent Residency or local residency preferred
