About the Opportunity

You'll be the strategic bridge between our clients and operations – driving performance, building lasting partnerships, and leading teams to deliver world-class security services.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and Service Managers, you'll have genuine autonomy to innovate, improve processes, and influence how security is delivered at complex high visitation public places.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with on-call after hours responsibility.

What You'll Do

Drive Strategic Client Partnerships – Build and maintain high-level stakeholder relationships, positioning ACESGroup as a trusted security advisor
Lead with Innovation – Champion new approaches to security delivery, leveraging our cutting-edge AI-enabled platforms and vision analytics
Deliver Operational Excellence – Oversee security operations including visitor services, asset protection, access control, crowd management, and major event activity
Develop High-Performing Teams – Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams of 20+ personnel across single or multiple sites
Shape Service Delivery – Collaborate with clients to align operational strategies with their evolving needs and expectations
Ensure Compliance & Quality – Maintain rigorous standards across reporting, correspondence, and contractual obligations
What Makes You Stand Out

Strategic Mindset

Proven ability to think beyond day-to-day operations and contribute to long-term contract success
Experience translating client needs into innovative service solutions
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on value creation.
Leadership Excellence

Minimum 3 years' management experience leading teams of 20+ personnel
Natural ability to inspire, develop, and retain talent
Confident operating autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration.
Stakeholder Expertise

Demonstrated success managing senior client relationships in complex environments
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume, client-facing environments.
Technical Competence

Current NSW Security Licence (1A) – 2A highly regarded
Strong rostering, workforce planning, and operational coordination capabilities
High-level computer literacy and comfort with technology platforms
Deep knowledge of compliance, legislation, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Requirements

Current NSW Security Licence (1A)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Current NSW RSA Card
Full NSW Driver Licence.
Qualifications (or willingness to obtain with our support):

Certificate IV in Security Risk Management
NSW Security Licence 2A
Traffic Control and Traffic Management Plan certifications
White Card, Fire Warden, and Chief Warden certifications
