About the Role

We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage workforce rostering and job coordination across a portfolio of cleaning contracts. This role is critical to ensuring services are delivered on time, rosters are accurate, and staff timesheets are approved efficiently using our Workforce management systems.

You will work closely with operations, clients, and field staff to ensure smooth daily scheduling, rapid response to changes, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Rostering

Create, manage, and maintain staff rosters using TANDA
Allocate cleaners based on availability, skill set, site requirements, and contract priorities
Manage urgent call-outs, absences, and last-minute schedule changes
Monitor job completion and adjust schedules to meet operational demands
Workforce & Timesheet Management

Approve timesheets and ensure accuracy against rosters and job completion
Track attendance, job progress, and completion across assigned contracts
Support cleaners with shift details, site access information, and job requirements
Customer Communication

Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries related to scheduling and service delivery
Create, update, and close jobs within internal systems
Maintain accurate records of completed and pending work
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in scheduling, rostering, service coordination, or workforce administration
Hands-on experience with TANDA or similar workforce management systems (highly regarded)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with both clients and field staff
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
