Job Description
At CEA, we’re expanding our Service Team to meet growing customer demand. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Diesel Mechanic (or similar) to join our Darra branch. Both Field and Workshop roles are available! If you’re passionate about quality service and want to be part of a supportive, high-performing team – we want to hear from you!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering safe, efficient diagnostics, maintenance, and services to our valued customers. Working both independently and as part of a team, your expertise will ensure minimal downtime for our equipment and maximum satisfaction for our clients.

What You'll Do
Perform diagnostics, fault finding, and mechanical assessments of equipment

Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance on a range of mobile machinery

Deliver high-quality workmanship that enhances the overall customer experience

Accurately complete service reports and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards

Provide support to customers on-site as needed

Work collaboratively within the team while maintaining the ability to operate independently

About You
Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic / Mobile Plant Mechanic / Auto Electrician / Heavy Commercial Vehicle (AUS/NZ recognised)

Solid experience servicing, maintaining, and repairing mobile equipment – preferably in mining or heavy industry

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Reliable and self-motivated with a strong safety mindset

Valid Australian driver's licence

OEM experience is highly regarded but not essential
