Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Analytics Development Manager to lead our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
This role involves managing a team of developers, designing and implementing data solutions, and ensuring the alignment of analytics initiatives with business objectives.

This role can be based out of Bangalore/Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of data analytics solutions using SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Manage and mentor a team of data analytics developers, providing technical guidance and support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all analytics solutions.

Oversee the development of data models, reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools.

Conduct performance tuning and optimization of data analytics solutions.

Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP data analytics technologies and best practices.

Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions.

Develop and maintain documentation for data analytics processes and solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
