About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative content development: Conceptualize video ideas, write engaging scripts, and develop strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
2. Video production: Produce high-quality, visually engaging videos using Adobe Creative Cloud, Filmora, or Final Cut Pro.
3. AI-powered editing: Use cutting-edge tools like ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Runway ML, and Synthesia to speed up workflows and enhance video quality.
4. Platform optimization: Adapt content to suit each platform's requirements, including formats, styles, and audience preferences.
5. Script & storytelling: Create compelling narratives aligned with brand voice and social media trends.
6. Trend & data analysis: Stay ahead of viral formats, monitor analytics, and refine strategies based on performance data.
7. Cross-platform adaptation: Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form pieces optimized for social media.
8. Project management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

4. Exposure to AI editing tools (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Runway ML, Pictory, Synthesia) is a strong advantage.
5. Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
6. Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
7. Ability to interpret analytics and optimize performance.
8. A strong portfolio of video content for social media.
