Steward (Waiter)

The Steward / Waiter is responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve promptly.
• Ensure table setup is complete and presentable before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area at all times.
• Refill water, beverages, and attend to guest requests efficiently.
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.
• Follow service standards and sequence of service as per hotel SOPs.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Ensure proper billing and handover to the cashier.
• Handle guest complaints politely and inform the supervisor if needed.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
