Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources/Admin Assistant to support our team in daily administrative functions. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and strong organisational skills to develop their career within a dynamic organisation. The role involves providing essential clerical support, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with various Administrative and HR-related tasks to ensure smooth operations.

This position requires a lot of flexibility, you must be willing to work in all our offices -Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
Manage employee data entry and update personnel files accurately using HR software and spreadsheets
Support onboarding procedures by preparing new hire documentation and conducting initial orientations
Handle incoming phone calls professionally, directing queries to appropriate departments
Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Support payroll processing by entering data into the payroll systems
Assist with organising training sessions, meetings, and company events as required
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Skills

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with data entry and clerical tasks in a professional environment
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong typing skills for accurate data entry and document preparation
Previous administrative or clerical experience is preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
