Due to business growth, we are looking to recruit a Customer Service & Payroll Administrator, to join our head office in Leeds, City Centre.
This is a full-time role involving a combination of compliance, payroll and customer service. We require a team player with the ability to flex between all 3 disciplines.

Essential Criteria:
Minimum of 6 months customer service and administrative experience.
Confident telephone manner and excellent written communication skills.
Ability to work accurately to deadlines and multitask when necessary.
Self-motivated and able to work on individual initiative.
Team player and able to establish effective working relationships.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent organisational skills & high attention to detail.
High level of numeracy skills.
Responsibilities (Not Limited to):
Processing Payroll in a timely and accurate manner, including all statutory payments, via a bespoke payroll system.
Assist with HMRC actions/queries as and when required, including FPS and EPS submissions.
Registering contractors, via telephone, ensuring all details are obtained for payment.
Preparing all contractor related administration: offer letters, reference requests and distribution of P45’s & P60.
Ensuring systems are set up and updated to reflect our current employee base including sick and holiday days, in line with contracts.
Liaising with clients/contractors daily, to deal with any queries.
Implementing and managing weekly audits including; Customer expenses, ID and contract compliance.
Ad hoc queries.
