About Us

We are a growing property refurbishment and investment business specialising in BRRR and flip projects across Leeds. We carry out full internal refurbishments of residential properties and are building an in-house delivery team to reduce reliance on subcontractors.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on multiskilled tradesperson to take ownership of refurbishment works on residential projects.

You will act as the lead operative on site, working independently and occasionally supervising trainees or labourers, with specialist subcontractors brought in where required.

Key Responsibilities

Stud wall construction and internal alterations
Flooring installation (laminate, vinyl, basic tiling)
Kitchen and bathroom fitting
Plumbing
Plasterboarding and plastering
Snagging and finishing works
Maintenance work at properties
Painting and decorating
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site
Coordinating with management on progress and materials
Essential Requirements

Proven experience in residential refurbishment
Strong multitrade skillset
Ability to work independently and problem-solve
Good understanding of health & safety on site
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Desirable (Not Essential)

NVQ or trade qualification
Experience on BRRR or investment refurb projects
Ability to read basic drawings or plans
Full UK driving licence
