Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with both hand and power tools. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our machinery and vehicles, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on machinery and vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner.
Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times.
Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills.
