E-Commerce Associate

Location: Halifax, NS
Reports To: eCommerce Growth Manager

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable E-Commerce Associate to join our growing team. This role supports the day-to-day operations of our online stores (PSEUDIO, envy+grace, and Samuel & Co.).

You’ll play a key role in ensuring products are uploaded and merchandised efficiently, customer inquiries are handled promptly, and operational workflows are managed smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service Support

Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
Process refunds and returns.
- Order Monitoring

Monitor orders daily to ensure smooth processing and fulfillment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders
- Product & Site Management

Upload new products to the website, including images, descriptions, and details.
Write and prepare product descriptions
Merchandize products within site categories to optimize the shopping experience.
Maintain product catalog accuracy by gathering imagery and product specs from vendors.
Perform regular audits to ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with the Studio and Marketing teams to coordinate image assets for new products and site updates
Partner with internal teams to support ongoing eCommerce initiatives.
- Ad Hoc Operational Tasks

Support the team with operational needs, such as price updates, discount setups, tagging, reporting, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Qualifications & Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel (e.g., basic formulas, data entry, reporting).
Experience using Shopify, Retail1, or similar E-Commerce platforms (preferred but not required).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive, collaborative team player eager to learn and grow.
