Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of building activities. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work areas
Load and unload construction materials and equipment
Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, mixing materials, and performing basic tasks
Operate hand tools and basic machinery under supervision
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Assist with measurements, site cleanup, and other general duties as assigned
Ensure materials are stored properly and work areas are organized for efficiency
Experience

Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills are essential
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
