Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with experience in asset management and workflow development? TLC Medical Supply is seeking a full-time Asset Categorization, Inventory & Service Strategy Specialist to help streamline our asset tracking and service processes. This is a great chance for professionals looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced medical supply environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Categorization: Manage and organize company & client assets using our internal asset management system. Ensure accurate categorization and proper documentation for tracking and reporting. Improve our current system and align forms, categorize proper products for better ease of use.
Service Strategy Workflow Development: Assist in creating and implementing efficient workflows for service strategy initiatives. You’ll help define processes that improve our asset management and service delivery systems.
Software Utilization: Work extensively with platforms like Airtable and other service & asset software to organize data, manage assets, and optimize workflow processes. Experience with these tools is a major plus!
Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with team members to ensure the successful implementation of asset management strategies and service-related workflows. Your insights and expertise will help drive improvements across the organization.Customer/Facility Support: Respond to Customers, Facility managers, and staff inquiries via phone and email, to provide information about products/services regarding our asset management system and government processes.
Data Management: Maintain and update customer/facility databases, sales/service records, and back-end reports.
Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties such as preparing reports, working with our operations manager, service coordinator, and sales team.
Communication: Collaborate with different departments, including service and fulfillment, to ensure a seamless process and customer experience.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales/service documents.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar Asset Categorization & Service Strategy Specialist Associate or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM & Asset Management software.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in [industry] is a must.
French and English (Spoken and Written)
