Provide reliable, professional after‑hours janitorial services across Mountain View County facilities following a defined daily, weekly, monthly, bi‑annual, and annual scope.

Key responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning Monday–Friday after 4:00 PM: vacuum, mop, empty garbage, wipe surfaces, clean and disinfect washrooms and showers, restock dispensers, spot‑clean walls and switch plates, clean entry doors and windows.
Complete weekly tasks: disinfect phones and keypads, dust computer screens, wipe window ledges.
Complete monthly tasks: clean kitchen appliances, polish door hardware, maintain janitor room.
Perform bi‑annual and annual tasks as scheduled: interior/exterior window cleaning, carpet shampooing, buffing washroom floors, and an annual deep clean of high and hard‑to‑reach areas.
Maintain equipment and report supply needs or facility issues.
Provide monthly invoices with breakdowns by facility and dates of service.
Qualifications and requirements

Minimum three references from similar commercial janitorial contracts.
Proven experience with multi‑site janitorial programs and after‑hours schedules.
Contractor must hold current WCB coverage and provide proof of Commercial General Liability and Automobile insurance naming Mountain View County as Additional Insured. Individual employees do not need to provide separate insurance certificates.
All staff must be able to pass a criminal record check and provide references.
Ability to provide all cleaning materials and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
Strong health and safety record and familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites; availability to work evenings and occasional weekends.
Schedule and scope notes

Work begins after 4:00 PM Monday–Friday.
Primary sites: Administration Building and Agricultural Building (daily).
Service Shops (Olds, Cremona, Sundre) are weekly and may be optional — indicate availability.
Contract term: 2 years with optional 1‑year extension.
