Property Specialist – Residential & Project Sales

We are now seeking a motivated Property Specialist to join our growing Residential & Project Sales team across North West Sydney.

About the Role

As a Property Specialist, you will be responsible for managing buyer relationships, presenting residential and project opportunities, and guiding clients through the sales journey with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert qualified leads into buyers (leads provided)
Attend listing presentations with vendors and developers
Present residential and project properties to buyers
Conduct open homes, private inspections, and sales events
Manage and nurture buyer relationships from enquiry to settlement
Prospect for new residential sales opportunities
Negotiate contracts and support buyers through the purchase process
Maintain strong social media presence aligned with brand standards

Requirements

Current NSW Real Estate Licence (or Certificate of Registration, Class 1/2 )
Minimum 6–12 months real estate experience
Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Laptop and mobile phone
Strong social media content creation skills (essential)
Project sales experience preferred but not essential
Valid Australian work rights (visa holders welcome)
