At Audi Centre Mosman, our Delivery Coordinator position play a key role in ensuring that every customer receives their new or used vehicle promptly, beautifully presented, and to the highest standards. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to support our Sales team in delivering excellence.


About YOU:

High attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
Extremely organised
Polished and professional phone manner
Proficient in Word, Excel and other basic computer systems
Hunger to succeed and provide customers with fantastic service

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales team in liaising with customers from start to finish
Process keys, vehicle documentation, and arrival of new stock
Organise and coordinate vehicle handovers
Raise purchase orders
Collaborate with Sales team to ensure timely delivery of vehicles as promised
Coordinate with the service and pre-delivery teams
Ad-hock admin tasks
General reception duties
