About the role

We’re looking for an energetic Operations Team Member to handle customer communication and day-to-day order operations.

You’ll reply to customers on social media, email, and e-commerce platforms, check orders and disputes, follow SOPs, and make sure nothing is missed or left unresolved.

This is an onsite, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys interacting with people and staying organised.

Please note: This is an operations role, not a marketing or content creation role.
You will be handling customer enquiries, orders, disputes, and follow-ups using structured SOPs.
If you’re looking for a creative, influencer, or social media content role, this position will not be suitable.

What you’ll be doing

Replying to customers on:

Social media (Instagram, Facebook, Messenger)
Email
E-commerce platforms
Checking orders, disputes, and messages daily

Following SOPs to respond correctly

Escalating issues to the right team member

Following up outstanding or expired orders

Keeping clear notes so issues don’t fall through

Who this role suits

Customer service or e-commerce experience
Experience replying to customers on social media
Operations, warehouse, or logistics background
Previous work experience demonstrating strong work ethic and reliability
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $29.00 – $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 21 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Williamstown North VIC 3016
